Policy Refund


By purchasing from our website, you are declaring that you accept and agree with all the terms and conditions outlined in the refund policy. Our goal is to provide high quality product or services to our customers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase but if for some reason you are not satisfied with any of our product or service you can request for a refund.

In order for us to process your refund with no delays we ask you to adhere to the following instructions:

  • We only accept refunds requests made within 14 days after purchase date
  • After requesting a refund, you agree to stop using any of our product/service
  • A product must be cancelled before we can issue a refund.
  • We also reserve the right to disable any Account, product keys, services, vouchers and/or serial numbers for the refunded products
  • We do not charge any refund handling fees
  • We are unable to refund if the request of refund is made after the timeline given above
